Players will focus on goal-setting, character building, and self-discipline.l
Players will develop core-conditioning, cardio-vascular training, resistance and flexibility through a variety of physical training activities and exercises.
All players will increase and develop fundamental skills such as ball-handling, dribbling, passing, positioning, shooting, and defense.
Teams (2-6 players) will compete initially after quality drill instruction for optimum practice, working towards longer live play.
Coach Heather will offer suggestions for improving individual skills, and practice ideas for participants.
