Players will focus on goal-setting, character building, and self-discipline.
Players will develop core-conditioning, cardio-vascular training, resistance and flexibility through a variety of physical training activities and exercises.
Volleyball players will practice passing, setting, hitting, serving, blocking and moving to the ball. Basketball players will increase and develop fundamental skills such as ball-handling, dribbling, passing, positioning, shooting, and defense.
Teams (2-8 players) will compete initially after quality drill instruction for optimum practice, working towards longer live play.
Coach Heather will offer suggestions for improving individual skills, and practice ideas for participants.
