Sessions 1 and 2

Summer months are the perfect time to begin, refine and/or challenge learning new skills in basketball for youth of all ages.  IHA offers this 5 day, 3.5 hours per day schedule with maximum instruction and play time!  Parks and recreation league games begin right after July 4th, so Session #1 in June is a great place to start.  Coach Heather offers learning moments and specialized activities to build strengths and address player's individual needs. Players are challenged to set personal goals, and practice weekly with homework exercises that they report daily. Coach Heather encourages self-analysis through open play, and show cases learning at the end of each session.

Coach Quella offers private lessons as well.  Individual, or groups of 4 or 5 may schedule private 1-2 hour lessons.  Please inquire  for available dates and times.
