Players will focus on goal-setting, character building, and self-discipline.l
Players will develop core-conditioning, cardio-vascular training, resistance and flexibility through a variety of physical training activities and exercises.
All players will increase and develop fundamental skills such as ball-handling, dribbling, passing, positioning, shooting, and defense.
Small teams (3-5 players) will compete initially for optimum practice, working towards full court play.
Coaches will complete individual assessments of players during training sessions. Weekly "homework" will be assigned for practice. Each player will be issued a personalized program for use after the academy is over.
Players are eligible for weekly prizes for effort, attitude and completing weekly exercises at home.
